Lollipop Chainsaw Gets Remade After 10 Whole Years
Ya’ll remember Lollipop Chainsaw? This weird hack ‘n’ slash game on PS3 and Xbox 360 with zombies and a cheerleader. It was gory, funny and super unique. Developed by Suda51 who made No More Heroes.
Well rumour is Lollipop Chainsaw is getting a full on REMAKE in 2024! I’m betting it drops around Fall time for Halloween vibes. Suda51 games announced they doing a “RePop” version. So I hope that means updated graphics but still has that crazy style and vibe.
Man I loved this game back in high school with it’s wacky characters and rockin’ soundtrack. Be so dope to play a remaster on PS5 with all new visuals. This gon be a nostalgia trip and a half!
New Nintendo Switch 2 and PS5 Pro Consoles Launch
We been hearing whispers about new beefed up versions of the PS5 and Nintendo Switch for a minute now. But I reckon 2024 is finally time for them to let the secret out the bag.
I predict both the Switch 2 and PS5 Pro get announced at E3 2024 then launch in Fall/Holiday season. Sony and Nintendo always drop consoles around that time to catch the hype for Christmas.
With a Switch 2 we likely to see 4K graphics and better performance when playing docked. Battery life upgrades for sure too. There’s even rumours it could have VR capabilities which would be MAD!
As for the PS5 Pro, even more processing power for like 8K graphics, ray tracing all that. Maybe a bigger 2TB hard drive as standard too.
Who’s ready for even more unreal looking games?! Gimme them sweet sweet graphics, baby! These new consoles gonna take gaming to the next level…
Hellblade 2 Gets Game of the Year Nominations
Ya’ll seen the trailers for Hellblade 2? This game looks beyond EPIC! No joke when I first saw it I thought it was a CGI movie, not actual gameplay. The graphics are unbelievable!
Developers Ninja Theory worked super hard on Senua’s Saga for years to get it just right. The attention to detail for characters, environments the insane sound design is like woah!
Now I predict Hellblade 2 finally comes out Summer 2024 and blows everyone’s socks off. And I reckon it gets nominated for Game of the Year easily with how beautiful and emotional it seems. Might even win if it lives up to the hype!
I know I’ll be getting mad feels playing this game when it launches. Who’s ready to cry with me? LMAO
Call of Duty Comes to Xbox Game Pass
Alright, this one might ruffle some feathers! Ever since Microsoft bought Activision Blizzard, gamers been wondering if Call of Duty is coming to Game Pass. The head honcho Phil Spencer said we won’t see CoD on there until 2023.
But I think that was a bluff! Real talk, Activision be losing money by not putting Call of Duty on Game Pass. That thing has like almost 30 million subscribers now! More players than buying the game normal.
So I predict Modern Warfare 2 gets added to Game Pass in Summer 2024. Followed by 2023’s game later in the year when MW2 hype dies down. More money and players? It’s a no brainer for Microsoft!
Then if the rumours are true, 2024’s new CoD might launch straight onto Game Pass day one. That would be wild and cause an absolute meltdown, lmao!
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Wins Game of the Year
We all know Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is launching early 2024 and fans are mega hype! The OG FF7 is iconic as hell and the Remake blew peoples minds. I still remember booting up my PS1 as a kid and being speechless at them graphics. Proper legendary game!
Now we finally getting Part 2 of the remake project rebuilt from scratch for PS5. This gon have PlayStation’s usual crazy good graphics and story that gives you feels.
I predict FF7 Rebirth brings mature gaming back into the spotlight by winning Game of the Year 2024. And shows single player story games still have a place among all the online shooters and service games with constant updates.
Square Enix said this remake project is their new life’s work. So I believe they going all out to make Part 2 a masterpiece and show why Final Fantasy is top tier entertainment!
